Boiler suits are available in permanent or disposables.
The permanent range is available in four different types. Cotton and polycotton drill garments are the traditional work-wear and are available in a wide range of styles and colours and can be designed to meet any special requirements, such as pockets, fastenings etc, that your work needs may have.
Ceramic Terylene has a surface texture and weave which does not retain dust or allow dust to penetrate it but has a comfortable and breathable quality.
Vektron permanent antistatic boiler suits provide optimum levels of protection and meet the most stringent performance demands for garments worn in high classification clean rooms. These suits conform to internationally accepted standards and practices. The superior antistatic performance of this garment is achieved using a system of embedded conductive filaments which give the fabric an electro-conductivity quality for the duration of the garment's life.
Proguard boiler suits are ideal for most applications and this fabric also benefits from the antistatic property. The polyester fabric has a conductive yarn woven into the fabric in 10mm wide stripes. It is low linting and comfortable to wear.
We supply three different types of disposable boiler suits.
Disposable Tyvek* suits are ideal for use by operational personnel as well as maintenance, cleaning staff and visitors. They are compatible for use in nearly all classes of cleanrooms up to and including class 100. There are many options available to the styling of these boiler suits such as seam types, pre-cleaning and sterilisation which allows you to chose the most appropriate and cost effective garment to suit your specific controlled environment.
Dupont Tyvek Practik* non-woven boiler suits are 100% high density polyethylene and differ from standard Tyvek* in that it has a softer 'handle' and a micro-perforated finish which makes the fabric breathable. This garment is ideal for the less demanding form of protective clothing and is designed for protection from grease and dirt and where comfort is important.
Guardtech disposable boiler suits are available in two grades, Guardtech I , which is Polypropylene and ideal for general low risk protection, and Guardtech II which is a breathable blend of Polypropylene and a Polyethylene film. This provides greater protection and operator comfort.
Some protective clothing is made on a production line and especially when specific requirements are requested a lead time may apply.
We also supply a wide range of other protective clothing.
